How Having A 'Mental Diet' Decreases Negativity

To develop positive thinking, according to Tony Robbins, we have to develop a mental diet. It does sound strange, that's true. What he means by that, though, is that for a course of seven days, we should try our best to have ONLY positive thoughts in our minds. It really does sound tough. How can we avoid all of these negative thoughts? How is it possible, that with all of these negative thoughts in our minds, raging through every day in our brains and neurons, that we can completely prevent them for a course of a whole week?

Here's how Tony Robbins explains it:

Such a great explanation he gives. I highly recommend Tony Robbins to all those going through tough times. He explains that most people become really negative, because they focus on what they don't have rather than on what they do have. Also, and this is the greatest point made by him in my opinion, is that we keep on trying to be perfect. Our thirst for perfection exists most potently in those who think negatively.

It's great to know, that even the web is filled with such great teachers. All we have to do, is focus on the positive side of the internet. We ARE what we learn. And if we keep going to the 'weird' or 'dark' side of the internet, as soon as we close our laptops, we're going to feel awful for the rest of the day. What we learn, is what we are. What we see and think, is what we are. All we have to do, is to search for different things. If we keep searching for negative things, or that which makes us feel depressed, then we, as people, will remain to be depressed.

Negative thoughts always multiply. One leads to the next then to the next, until all seems to be damned. And when one accumulates a great deal of negative thoughts, he begins to feel cursed. And so many people around the world, truly believe that they are cursed straight to the core. Sometimes they run the streets at night, staring at the moon, wondering whether life will ever offer them a loving hand, to aid them in their suffering. Yet what that person keeps forgetting, subconsciously, is when the run is over, he goes back home to his family, where all love and sustenance can be provided. The one thing I've learned from negative thoughts, is that they make you forget everything that's already good in your life. Literally, forgetting. And that is why, we have to start remembering.

Let's ask, for the positive energies of the universe to embrace us, and our beings
So that through infinite darkness and sorrow, there may be a chance to once again have true seeing

With love. :D

Are There Others Who Have Carried Jesus' Message?

I believe, deep down, that across the ages, many people have done a service to the world very similar to Jesus. In this world, when things get so negative and full of blight, people stood for good, and were willing to lay down their lives, if it meant it would enrich people's lives.

Bob Marley was one of those people. He never took sides with anyone. Living in light, he always only wanted for man to unite, regardless of religion, race or ethnicity. I know it sounds insane to relate him to Christ. But if we really think of it, can we not say that Jesus was more of a symbol rather than only a human and prophet? Did he not stand for something? Were not his actions, representative of a kind of self-sacrifice, that many people after him have shown, to offer whatever they had for the sake of humanity?

And so their spirits live on, all those who were willing to die, if it meant humanity would benefit. Bob Marley was a brave man. His music still echoes today. Every time I have his CD played in my car, I feel, deep down, that there always has been a light, despite all the darkness of the world. Darkness truly does seem to prevail much these days. And no matter how much one wishes to escape, it seems to be an inescapable reality. Yet perseverance, to me, is the strongest voice in one's mind. It's stronger than all the temptations awaiting by the gates of Hell. It's up to us to choose, will it be light, or dark? Will it be positivity or negativity? Will it be the Angels or Demons? Will it be God, or nothing?

Einstein said something similar to this, "If only I could give you some of my happiness, so that you wouldn't feel pain." Many people throughout the ages stood in true virtue. Greed was never their mode of desire. Giving and giving and giving to others was the only reason they lived. Yet although such great people were full of light, peace and joy, that does not mean they didn't endure suffering. Of course they have!

If they haven't endured suffering, then how would they really want to rid others of it? Since they have suffered a lot in their lives, they chose, at some point in their lives, positivity. And from that, they decided to spread that positivity upon everyone. The realm of human suffering is vast. And it can get deeper and deeper until one begins to lose his mind while walking the streets, depressed and all alone.

Yet there is hope, shining through the darkest nights. It's always there. It never goes. Sure, at some point, we may end up broke. We may end up losing everything. Yet God is watching, and he knows how things are being thrown upon us, all these problems. Although, God is wise. He can't intervene upon everything, for it is all a test. He is wiser than all sages put together. What would be wiser, to aid one whenever he needs help, or to watch him go through sin, and then getting really tired of it, and after that, seek true redemption?

Redemption will always exist. People take their own lives believing that it simply is nonexistent. People kill others because they start to believe that the world is full of evil, and it doesn't matter whether one dies or not. We must, somehow, return our faith in humanity. Being cynical will never aid us. Even though we have to swallow our pride at many points in life, due to the all the pain we go through, and our lack of success, maybe that's God doing us a favor! It's because God knows that pride, although can be good to a certain extent, will open great opportunities for the Devil, causing us to embrace sin with joy for the mere sake of being above others.

Remember, as always, call unto the positive energies of the universe. Ask them, in prayer, to embrace you.

With love. :) :D <3

Can We Call Out To Positive Energies?

The world always seems to be bursting in negative energies. One begins to wonder whether there ever is light at all. Yet the greatest thing about this world, is that there always is light. It only seems hidden, is because we haven't found ways with which to see it.

It's not that light isn't there. It's just that our eyes haven't been trained to see it in the first place. Yet I guess this is all a part of God's test. His test was never to have us avoid certain sin by prohibiting it; say, drinking, gambling, rape, etc. His test was always for man, his individual self, to find a way out of sin into redemption. That is what I believe his test is.

And then some people begin to wonder whether they are cursed. Well, I do believe curses exist. Yet these curses won't go, unless we fight for dear life. It is never easy. And it never will be so. Although, in all of us, exists this light which no one will be able to fathom.

If we claim to be so dark within, why is it that whenever we hear beautiful music, we actually feel something?! It's true! No matter how dark we may be on the inside, when we hear something like Canon by Pachelbel, we still feel something, somewhere deep down. Yet the main reason we still feel that we're in darkness, is because the light within us is so very blocked. And of course this doesn't apply to all, but to many, it does.

In the world there have always been positive and negative energies. Of course, we can't just say, "I want to embrace the positive energies," but rather, we have to say, "I want positive energies to embrace me." Does that not make sense? We can't go out there, searching the nations far and wide for means with which to be positive. All we have to do, is to ask positive energies, to embrace us! It may sound crazy, but it does work!

Darkness has always lured man into the deepest forms of sorrows. It saps away all of our energies, and leaves us with nothing. However, if we truly seek to be redeemed, we have to fight. Fighting for the light, fighting for redemption, is, in my opinion, the main reason we are here. Besides life being a test to redeem ourselves, it is also a test to redeem the world in the process!

The pursuit of happiness is probably the hardest thing man has ever faced. The path towards it contains a lot of darkness, because we keep going on to seek it. That darkness, manifests itself in negative energies. Many of us try to shake that negativity away, but it never, ever seems to go. Why? Because although we have the ability to look into ourselves, we fail to look into ourselves the right way.

As we go deeper into darkness, the opposite direction of light gets further and further away, until we forget that it ever existed.

There are two ways to call upon the energies of the world: either by words or actions. It starts with words, and then actions. There came a point in our lives, when we said the wrong words, evil in nature, and thus led to evil actions. And the cycle of self-destruction and hatred continued. All of that though, started with a words said in anger or hate. After that, it progressed towards a long, painful adventure of darkness and gloom fed by sinful action. The main truth in this life, however, is that we always have the chance to change the road we are on, as Led Zeppelin said, lol.

In order to do this, all we have to do, is ask the positive energies of the world to embrace you. You can't go out into the world fighting for light with your ever last breath, seeking for it. Don't seek it. Let it seek you. Don't embrace it. Let it embrace you. Make sense?

It is true to say, that it is some kind of a prayer. It is! Prayer is so very powerful. It really can change things. But, we have to know what to say in our prayer. We have to know what to summon. It falls upon humanity, to obtain light wherever it may be. Yet to many, very sadly, it seems that darkness prevails.

Yet this does and can change! NO MATTER HOW dark things get, there is ALWAYS a light. It really pains me to see the suicide rate of the world gradually increase through all of this technological modernity, making us all somewhat lost. Maybe, it is all due to being lost in cyberspace all the time, losing true connection with reality. I do believe, however, that somehow and in someway, human beings are connected. Anyone who tries to convince me otherwise, won't be able to.

We're all in this together, readers. We can do this.

"In the darkness, there must come out a light! Stay alive!" :)

-Bob Marley
